Description

Knitter’s salve, featuring yarrow infused jojoba oil, is specially developed for people who work with yarn or other mediums that dry out cuticles and nails. Borage seed oil is high in gamma linolenic acid (GLA) which helps strengthen nails and cuticles. It also helps prevent water loss, is emollient, and increases skin-cell strength. Yarrow is great for healing cracks and fissures in skin, common problems for people who work with their hands.

Knitter’s Salve for Everyone

Knitters aren’t the only people who get rough, dry, cracked cuticles from their work and play. My good friend Sarah, owner of The Dye Project, hand dyes yarn which is very hard on her hands.
