Directions for use:
Put ¼ of the contents of this container into the re-usable muslin bag, add bag to a pan of boiling water (2 cups is good), cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, draw your bath, then pour the herbal tea into your bath. Soak yourself for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can simply add the herb filled muslin bag to your tub and then draw your bath. The tea will be less strong steeping directly in the bath, but is still soothing and softening.
These bath herbs are also great used as a foot soak. Follow the same instructions but instead of adding the tea to your bath, add it to a big pot of hot water and soak your tired feet in it. It will be more concentrated in a smaller amount of water which is great for tired feet.
